Welcome to my visual journey!
Well hello there. My name is Eric Miller, a 33 year old photographer based in the not-so-scenic landscapes of Northwest Ohio. With nearly two decades behind the lens, photography has been my constant companion and a medium through which I've explored the world around me.
Capturing Moments, Creating Memories
When I was around 13 years old, I was digging through a closet in my family home when I came across an old, tan bag. Inside was an early 80s film camera that my father owned. Driven by an insatiable curiosity, I began shooting with it for fun. Over the years, I've honed my skills, learning to use modern equipment and new techniques to weave stories through my lens, embracing the diverse realms of photography.
Beyond Borders
While Northwest Ohio is my home, my love for travel takes my camera to places far and wide. I’ve visited 45 states in the USA so far while never stepping into an airplane. Exploring new cultures, landscapes, and experiences fuels my creativity and allows me to bring a global perspective to my work.
A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words, But the Story is Infinite
For me, photography is more than just clicking a button; it's about storytelling. Each photograph is a chapter, and every collection tells a unique tale. Whether it's the joyous celebration of a wedding day, the timeless elegance of a portrait, or the raw beauty of nature, I strive to capture the essence of a fleeting moment in time.
Life Outside Photography
I’ve been riding motorcycles for as long as I’ve been using a camera. At this point, they go hand in hand most days. I also have a pet cat now, which is a very new experience since I’ve always had dogs before. My latest hobby has been caring for Bonsai Trees, at least one of which you will see in my Still Life/Product Portfolio.
Stay curious,
Eric Miller
